I Just love True Blood!!!

Ok, I had to stop and savour Episode 7 of True Blood.  With the fam away for a couple of days, I could watch it in peace- several times.  It sometimes bites, because in England they haven't started season 3 yet.  *exasperated sigh*  But I do not allow the Atlantic ocean to get in my way of enjoying my addiction!!!  Since the beginning of season 2, I have what is called a Mummy Monday (that's Mommy Monday in the U.S.).  I get up around 5am and start downloading the episode.  Clean house, send daughter to school, husband to work and then savour all the sweet eye candy.  One particular little (ok not-so-little) morsel that sates my sweet tooth is Eric Northman!!! Yikes Yahoo Yum!!!  Since my friends are not as, how can I say, ... committed as I am; I have found relief chatting with those online that share my addiction.  *sigh of relief*.  I know that Alan Ball has taken the Southern Vampire Mysteries and put it in a blender, added crack, and poured it in crystal glasses; but I've just had to come to terms that True Blood is the ultimate Fanfic (sometimes crackfic). 

There are a few things that I've come to terms with:

1. There will NEVER be enough of Eric Northman to sate my appetite
2. Alan Ball has a thing for Bill
3. Sookie can be really annoying
4. Eric looks great naked...oh just move a little more to the left so I can get a better look...ooooh...nice

Last nights episode had some great lines:
Summer had the best quote..."I really want to be your girlfriend and I really want you to TASTE MY BISCUITS!
Followed by Jason's..."I didn't think I was smart enough to be depressed"  ....Awww Jason, just shut up and look pretty, K?

So when I'm sitting there watching an episode yelling at the telly for Sam to just go AWAY, and I get upset that there was no "yield to me" or Sookie and Eric making out at the mansion....
I stop and remember all the new and wonderful things that Alan Ball has given us:

1. Eric in basement of Fangtasia showing off his... stamina *fans myself*   "for the last 6 HOURS!!!!!" *faint*
2. Alcide's glorious ass

5. Eric dressed as Viking  ..."can't live life between a woman's thighs....I can try"  OMG!  *gets fresh knickers*

9. Jessica freaking out over trucker's body and asking Pam for help

So I tell all those that get upset that True Blood isn't following the books, hang in there... keep the faith ... and maybe we can finally get
