Fanfiction.Net really pisses me Off!!!!

The Moderators of Fanfiction.Net have told Nachtperle to withdrawal all explicit scenes from her story or it will be pulled. 
So another Author is being forced out!

Let’s Talk about Eric/Alex

Ok, please forget the previous post. The widget was suppose to show a book I was currently reading called The Last Seduction by Jennifer Turner.  If you like Jeanienne Frost, I think you'll like this one.

Taking a break from Eric/Sookie Fanfic to let some of the stories I'm following build up a bit.  I hate reading bit by bit sometimes.  Besides with Fanfiction.net clamping down on the explicit stuff, I have to get my fix elsewhere.  Of course, the leading vamp always looks a bit like.....

Hungry for a little action!

Having been extremely patient for a little Sookie Nookie on True Blood, I fear that I may have to be immortal to finally live long enough for Alan Ball to get Sookie & Eric to get together.  So I delve into the world of Fanfic for my enjoyment.  With my voracious appetite, I think I read them faster than all the authors can write.  So I go and find more vampire romances to quench my thirst.  Of course, Alexander Skarsgard somehow manages to play the lead character. 

Just finished reading a very hot book.  Thoroughly recommend it to those that like it steamy.

If like me you like a steamy paranormal romance, this is a must read. This is not for the Twilight crowd where sex is avoided at all costs. This is a journey for a maid who has devoted her life to hunt vampires only to fall in love with not one but two vampires. Together they take her on a journey to explore all carnal pleasures.

Taken a Time-Out

Ok, I have to let my Viking rest sometimes.  So I've been catching up with some more Vamp action. Gotta feed my inner vamp smut kitten!

 

 

 

Serenity led me to Jeaniene Frost who I can't recommend enough.  I read the first four books of the Night Huntress Series - Fantastic.  They are thrilling and sexy.

 

 
If you like things a bit more...intense, try the Vampire Queen Series by Joey Hill.  Yum.  Having read the first three books, I can guarantee quite an exploration to devotion and sexual fantasies wrapped in a thrilling plot.

Now there are no vamps in this one but damn these demons cursed by the gods are too sexy to miss.  I have just finished reading The Darkest Night by Gena Showalter in her Lords of the Underworld series.  These men are tormented with their own curses and are full of passion.

Finally I recommend the Midnight Breed Series by Lara Adrian.  Very thrilling plots and fantastic romance.

True Blood Season 3 Ep 8

It is now Thursday, and this is the first time I've been able to comment on the episode.   I've tried sooo hard to support Alan Ball, because I'm so grateful for the visual of Eric as Alexander Skarsgard.  Hoping to see Eric & Sookie fall for each other all over again and to be surprised on how it all comes together is the other reason.  Still licking my wounds over not having the one of my fav scenes where Eric says "Yield to Me", I keep the faith by remembering that True Blood gave us Godric ,some yummy dream scenes and the basement.  That being said...WTF!!???  Sookie going into bloodlust and fucking Bill??!!!  I should have stayed Catholic for having to believe in unbelievable shit.  I was ok (well more than ok) with Eric seducing Talbot.  Damn, I never knew how HOT that could be.  But I truly believe that Alex would have made Mother Theresa give up her vows.

I did really like the episode and I'm just having a tantrum because I'm inpatient and I want Eric & Sookie time. Debbie crying to Russell that she "Lost her Cooter" just about made me piss my pants.  Wonder if AB will keep her alive for the comic value?

Anyhoo, I'll still be glued to the telly to watch the next episode and hope that Eric will be in at least one scene together. 



Yes, Eric, Take it off...Slowly!

 

I Just love True Blood!!!

Ok, I had to stop and savour Episode 7 of True Blood.  With the fam away for a couple of days, I could watch it in peace- several times.  It sometimes bites, because in England they haven't started season 3 yet.  *exasperated sigh*  But I do not allow the Atlantic ocean to get in my way of enjoying my addiction!!!  Since the beginning of season 2, I have what is called a Mummy Monday (that's Mommy Monday in the U.S.).  I get up around 5am and start downloading the episode.  Clean house, send daughter to school, husband to work and then savour all the sweet eye candy.  One particular little (ok not-so-little) morsel that sates my sweet tooth is Eric Northman!!! Yikes Yahoo Yum!!!  Since my friends are not as, how can I say, ... committed as I am; I have found relief chatting with those online that share my addiction.  *sigh of relief*.  I know that Alan Ball has taken the Southern Vampire Mysteries and put it in a blender, added crack, and poured it in crystal glasses; but I've just had to come to terms that True Blood is the ultimate Fanfic (sometimes crackfic). 

There are a few things that I've come to terms with:

1. There will NEVER be enough of Eric Northman to sate my appetite
2. Alan Ball has a thing for Bill
3. Sookie can be really annoying
4. Eric looks great naked...oh just move a little more to the left so I can get a better look...ooooh...nice

                                      *What was I saying?!!!*....  Oh yeah.

       6. Love Jessica, Tommy, Summer, and Franklin!!!!!

Last nights episode had some great lines:
Summer had the best quote..."I really want to be your girlfriend and I really want you to TASTE MY BISCUITS!
Followed by Jason's..."I didn't think I was smart enough to be depressed"  ....Awww Jason, just shut up and look pretty, K?

So when I'm sitting there watching an episode yelling at the telly for Sam to just go AWAY, and I get upset that there was no "yield to me" or Sookie and Eric making out at the mansion....
I stop and remember all the new and wonderful things that Alan Ball has given us:

1. Eric in basement of Fangtasia showing off his... stamina *fans myself*   "for the last 6 HOURS!!!!!" *faint*
2. Alcide's glorious ass
3. Godric
4. Eric Dreams!
5. Eric dressed as Viking  ..."can't live life between a woman's thighs....I can try"  OMG!  *gets fresh knickers*

9. Jessica freaking out over trucker's body and asking Pam for help
10. Sookie finally screaming at Bill

So I tell all those that get upset that True Blood isn't following the books, hang in there... keep the faith ... and maybe we can finally get

Her adventurous story holds true to the SVM.  With many twists and turns and some good Viking loving, you will not want to stop reading.
